Analyst/Administrative Specialist •Analyst/Administrative Specialist Responsibilities are: To work with the Directors and Chief Investment Officer to work with department analysts to assure information on investments is complete and correct and puts the investment reports together; develop and monitor the department budget. The Administrative Specialist also provides administrative and project support to CIO, as well as managing travel, meeting logistics, filing and other administrative support functions. Qualifications: SUMMARY DESCRIPTION •Help Desk Specialist This position provides accurate, timely, quality resolution to issues
related to Casey computers, access, software and identified supported products/systems.
Researches, resolves, and responds to support requests received via telephone
calls, electronic mail, printed requests or escalations, and provides resolution
utilizing current TS tools according to established standards. To qualify,
applicants should have a 4-year technical degree in a computer related
field or the equivalent in work experience. A minimum of 2 years experience
providing help desk telephone support. A solid understanding of the desktop
computing environment, including but not limited to Windows2000 and XP
Professional (Dial-up, security, standalone & networked, network protocols,
file and print services), MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook,
Project) and a basic understanding of client-server configuration and related
components required. An understanding of LAN/WAN concepts and the ability
to troubleshoot problems that could be a result of networking issues. An
understanding of Windows server concepts and the ability to troubleshoot
problems that could be a result of server issues.
