The Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle refers to various not-for-profit legal projects.  These projects include Northwest Justice Project (NJP), the Home Foreclosure Legal Aid Project and Clear just to name a few.  ULMS also refers to various for-profit attorneys that serve low-to-moderate income families.
