Mortgage Intervention Counseling is provided to clients by appointment. Topics include but are not limited to The Rights and Responsibilities of Homeowner; Working with your Lending Institution; HUD Mortgage Relief Provisions: and Foreclosure. Mortgage Intervention workshop are also available in Spanish to better assist the Spanish Community and participants having English as a second language (ESL).
